Request a BSA Soil Log Inspection
This process is for septic designers ONLY!
Septic Designers, to request a site visit with an Inspector prior to submittal of your Building Site Application, please complete the BSA Soil Log Inspection Request form. The following day the request will be assigned to an inspector and they will contact you based upon the request type and schedule. Requests received after 3:30 p.m. will be dated as if received on the following business day.
Please note that requests for repair visits will be given scheduling priority.
