What is Nurse-Family Partnership?
Nurse-Family Partnership is a free program for people who are pregnant with their first baby. When you enroll in the program, a specially trained nurse will visit you throughout your pregnancy and until your baby turns two years old. During these visits, your nurse will offer the knowledge and support you need to confidently create a better life for your baby and yourself.

How can a free, personal nurse help me?
A nurse can help you:
- Have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.
- Become the best parent you can be.
- Practice things that make you more confident as a parent, like breast/chestfeeding, nutrition, safe-sleep techniques, and much more.
- Get referrals for healthcare, childcare, job training, and other support services.
- Continue your education, develop job skills or follow your dreams for the future.
Who can participate in visits?
You - the mom - are our main focus, but partners, family members, and friends are welcome to participate in the program, too!
