Kitsap Public Health District is partnering with South Kitsap Fire & Rescue to offer an opioid overdose awareness and response training from 6-7 p.m. on Jan. 23 in Port Orchard.

Signs of an overdose
How to respond to an overdose
How to administer naloxone (Narcan): an easy-to-use medication that can reverse opioid overdoses.
Naloxone will be provided to attendees as supplies allow.
