Kitsap Public Health Board meeting agenda revised; public hearing for onsite sewage (septic system) ordinance rescheduled to March 4

KITSAP COUNTY, WA — The agenda for the Feb. 4 Kitsap Public Health Board meeting has been shortened and revised due to inclement weather. The meeting will be held from 8:50-9:30 a.m. at the Norm Dicks Government Center in Bremerton. 


Changes to the meeting agenda include:


  • A public hearing on proposed updates to Kitsap Public Health District's onsite sewage system regulations ordinance has been rescheduled for the Health Board's regular meeting to March 4. The public can submit written comments prior to the March 4 hearing by emailing john.kiess@kitsappublichealth.org or sending a letter to Kitsap Public Health District, Attn: John Kiess, 345 6th Street, Suite 300, Bremerton, WA 98337.

  • A presentation on the Health District's 2024 Water Quality Report has been rescheduled to March 4.


  • A presentation on rodent control regulation updates has been rescheduled to March 4.
