Kitsap Community Health Priorities
Since 2011, Kitsap Public Health District has led a multiyear process called Kitsap Community Health Priorities (KCHP) that engages community partners and leaders in reviewing data and identifying community health priorities and strategies to address them.
This process results in a community health assessment report and community health improvement implementation plan.
Click the buttons above to learn more about the priorities selected for 2024-2028. Learn more about the KCHP process below.

Additional community assessments
Partner organizations also completed recent community health and needs assessments that have informed our KCHP process.

At both the data summit and community data open houses, participants provided input on key findings and health priorities.
