Checking Your Records

You can check your immunization records to see which vaccines you have already received. There are several ways to check records:

  • Contact your regular healthcare provider.

  • Use the state’s MyIR portal to access records online.

  • Visit a local pharmacy or clinic.

Contact your healthcare provider or visit our immunization pages for children and adults to learn more about recommended vaccines.
