Need to Activate Your Account?

You'll need your customer number, found on your invoice or statement. If you have multiple permits, they each have separate customer numbers, and you'll need to set up an account and login for each of them.

Click here to go to the payment login page, and then click "Register". This takes you to the registration page, where you'll complete the registration information requested, and click the "Register" button when you're done.

  • You can use your customer number or your email address as your username if you like.

  • If you are unable to validate your Registered Phone Number, please call us at (360) 728-2235.

After you register, you'll receive an email confirming your registration was successfully processed. You may need to check your spam folder to locate this email.

When you access your account, your home page shows your open invoices. To pay your bill from your home page, simply select the open invoice that you wish to pay and follow E-Pay's instructions. You will be able to print a receipt after your payment processes. If you wish, you can save your credit card information for future use on this secure site.

In the upper left, there is a drop-down box for other activities. You can choose to save your credit card information securely on the site, add other user logins, schedule payments, and see your account activity.
