District Manager for Human Resources

Kitsap Public Health District is seeking a District Manager for our Human Resources Program to oversee the development of a diverse and high-performing public health workforce serving the scenic Kitsap Peninsula.

As Human Resources Manager, you work with our Health District Administrator and Executive Leadership Team to coordinate the successful recruitment and retention of more than 100 employees, while ensuring effective implementation of policies and risk management procedures.

As the leader of our experienced Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to engage Health District employees on a daily basis, ensuring they have the support they need to carry out their critical work in our community.
